PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent medicinal form removing both oily stains and aqueous stains with one agent. SOLUTION: The detergent contains (1) a monofatty acid ester of a polyglycerol and (2) one or two or more kinds of fatty acid soaps. A fatty acid ester of the polyglycerol having characteristics as a hydrophilic surfactant is preferred as the fatty acid ester of the polyglycerol, concretely a form having 5-15 average degree of polymerization of the glycerol and at least≥4, preferably 8-10 free hydroxy groups present therein is preferred. A decaglycerol skeleton is especially preferred. A lauric acid residue, a myristic acid residue, a palmitic acid residue, a stearic acid residue, a behenic acid residue, an oleic acid residue, an isostearic acid residue, etc., can preferably be exemplified as the fatty acid residue.
