PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take up a long web on various winding cores different in shaft diameter and shaft length and to reduce manufacturing cost of a device by simplifying it. SOLUTION: A film processing cutter 1 as this web processing device is furnished with a cutting device 26 to cut a rolled film (web) 16 into a plurality of films 24a to 24e having various width dimensions, a winding core rotating mechanism 98 to support a plurality of winding cores 28 having various shaft diameters and shaft length to take up the films 24a to 24e, a winding core supplying mechanism to supply the winding cores 28 to the winding core rotating mechanism 98 and an operation/display part 404 to simultaneously display state information of positional adjustment and a specified setting information at the time of carrying out the positional adjustment of the cutting mechanism 26, the winding core rotating mechanism 98 and the winding core supplying mechanism.
