PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pull-off device for a trolley wire small in equivalent mass in relation to a trolley wire, for preventing an anchoring member from hanging below the trolley wire without generating electrolytic corrosion on a metal fitting caused by a circulating current. SOLUTION: A horizontal pipe 1 is fixed above a rail in a direction crossing over the rail. The trolley wire T is held by an ear 3, one end of a swing preventing arm 4 or the anchoring member such as an insulated line is locked in the ear 3, and the other end is locked on the horizontal pipe 1. One end of a hoist wire 5 is locked with the swing preventing arm 4 or the insulated line, and the other end side is locked with a hoist 6 on the horizontal pipe 1. When the swing preventing arm 4 or the insulated line is separated from the ear 3, the hoist wire 5 is constantly hoisted upward by the hoist 6 with enough spring force for hoisting the swing preventing arm 4 or the insulated line upward and the equivalent mass is reduced at the same time.
