PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorptive article which can quickly make a shedding liquid permeate and diffuse into the absorptive articles such as a disposable diaper and a menstruation napkin. SOLUTION: In this absorptive article, at least one sulcus, which extends in a diverging direction up to the rim of a sheet-like absorption core through one point within a circle with a radius of 25 mm from its flat surface centroid, is prepared in the rectangle sheet-like absorption core inserted and held between a surface sheet and a back sheet and the sheet-like absorption core is divided into two or more portions .
