DEODORANT, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND DEODORIZING METHOD USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorant having a superior deodorizing effect on malodor of nitrogen-based compound and sulfur-based compound and to provide its manufacturing method and a deodorizing method using the same. SOLUTION: This deodorant is characterized in being formed of a solution obtained by dissolving pickled pig iron subsidiarily produced from pickling of a steel material, in acidic liquid or including the solution as deodorization effective component. This deodorant manufacturing method is characterized in dissolving the pickled pig iron in the acidic liquid. This deodorizing method is characterized in deodorizing compost using the deodorant.
