PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Japanese-style confectionery, especially baked confectionery or steamed confectionery using grain flour as a raw material, prevented from deterioration of palate feeling by moisture evaporation with time, sustaining moist feeling, improved in volume of product and having excellent quality with gloss appearance. SOLUTION: The Japanese-style confectionery such as baked confectionery and steamed confectionery has as the main raw material grain flour.
