PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking-type electrically driven tending machine capable of suppressing the occurrence of a dashing phenomenon, having heightened tilling performance and reducing the load on an operator. SOLUTION: The walking-type electrically driven tending machine 10 is a tiller carrying out tilling operation by tilling tines by transmitting the power of an electrically driven motor to a transmission structure and tilling tines 13 through a tilling shaft by attaching two or more batteries 31 for feeding the power to the electrically driven motor 11 and the electrically driven motor, to the upper part of a machine body 17, by attaching the tilling tines 13 to the lower part of the machine body through the transmission structure and the tilling shaft 12, and by extending an operation handle 18 from the machine body to the rear direction. The motor shaft of the electrically driven motor is extended downward, and the transmission structure is arranged right under the motor shaft.
