<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card processor enabling the easy use of a card stored in a card storage part. <P>SOLUTION: This card processor comprises a stored card carrying mechanism part 23 for carrying a card C between a carrying passage 11 and a storage part 21. The mechanism part 23 comprises a first card contact member 25, a second card contact member 27, a base member 29, a solenoid 31, and a driving motor 33. The first card contact member 25 can abut on the card C situated in the passage 11, and is rockably supported by the base member 29. The second card contact member 27 can abut on the card stored in the card storage part 12, and is rockably supported by the base member 29. The solenoid 31 has a movable iron core 31a having one end part to be engaged with the first member 25 and the other end part to be engaged with the second member 27.
