<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic driving device capable of improving the accuracy of the stop position of a movable part. <P>SOLUTION: The electromagnetic driving device 1 comprises two fixing parts 2 which are provided at opposed positions to each other, a movable part 3 which is provided between the two fixing parts and is freely movable in a direction where the two fixing parts 2 are opposed to each other, an electromagnetic driving mechanism 4 which moves the movable part 3 electromagnetically, and stop position adjusting members 5 for determining the stop position of the movable part 3 by abutting on the movable part 3 and adjust the stop position of the movable part 3 by varying contact positions with the movable part 3. Thus, since the stop position of the movable part 3 is adjusted by varying the contact positions between the part 3 and the stop position adjusting members 5, it becomes possible to correct the slippage of the stop position of the part 3, etc. As the result, the accuracy of the stop position of the movable part 3 is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
