<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a payment notifying system for quickly and easily providing payment information necessary for a user. <P>SOLUTION: In a payment notifying system 1, a notification condition registration page is transmitted from a Web server 11 to a terminal 3 of a user. The user inputs a notification condition to the notification condition registration page. Also, the payment notifying system 1 periodically acquires payment information from a banking system.
