<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a precise CRM capable of providing an one-to-one information service intended for sales promotion to a consumer by use of household account information while automating household budget management. <P>SOLUTION: This device comprises at least a household account data generation means for collecting personal data related to the consumer and the household account data of the consumer that is a member to construct a database, and generating household account data for every member based on the database; a service information generation means for generating service information to the consutmer that is the member and service information to a company that is a member based on the generated household account data, and a household budget support/sales promotion information providing means for providing household budget support information or sales promotion information interlocked with the household account information as the service information to the consumer that is the member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
