<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the height of a branch connection box, with no use of a press-contact tab for press-contacting an electric wire that electrically connects longitudinal bus bars together in the branch connection box. <P>SOLUTION: A longitudinal bus bar 13 where a tab 13a protrudes from one end of a band-like base part 13d in length direction with an interval, is arranged side by side in a case, with the base part 13d as vertical direction. The tab 13a is protruded from one end side, upper or lower. Meanwhile, a recess 13b for connecting electric wire is cut from the end face of the other end of the base part 13d in length direction with an interval. An electric wire w of which a core wire is exposed is bridged between the longitudinal bus bars 13 arranged side by side, which is inserted in the recess 13b of the longitudinal bus bar 13 to which the electric wire w is bridged.
