摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it is impossible to take out torque effectively because, when trying to obtain torque with permanent magnets, the magnets approach each other in a conventional art, and when the magnet positions are shifted until repulsive force is obtained, dynamical energy is consumed, and to obtain torque using repulsive force and attractive force simultaneously by putting cushioning iron pieces for absorbing the repulsive force between the magnets and to separate them from each other. SOLUTION: This torque generating device is structured by providing a plurality of bar magnets on the peripheral portion of a rotating disc and stationary magnets in the lateral direction at positions around five millimeters over the bar magnets. In this device, when the bar magnets and the stationary ones approach each other, the positions of the bar magnets are shifted with a small force so that a state is created that makes it possible to put the cushioning iron pieces between the magnets.
