PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information editing device that enables a viewer to confirm whether provided information is all viewed. SOLUTION: The information editing device 10 which edits digital data is equipped with a distributing means 102 of distributing the digital data to the viewer, an imparting position determining means 110 of determining a position where the digital data are imparted each time the distributing means 102 distributes the digital data, a view confirmation information imparting means 112 of imparting view confirmation information to the imparting position, a view confirmation information acquiring means 102 of obtaining view confirmation information imparted to the digital data from the viewer, and a view managing means 124 of confirming whether the viewer views the digital data according to the view confirmation information.
