PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire electrode cutting device, reducing abrasion of a cutter for cutting a wire electrode. SOLUTION: This wire electrode cutting device includes: a ring-like rotary blade 5 rotatably provided on a base 1 and a bar-like movable blade 23, both ends of which are supported on a crankshaft 15 rotated interlocking with the rotation of the ring-like rotary blade 5, wherein the rotation is given to the ring-like rotary blade 5, and the bar-like movable blade 23 is slid in contact with the ring-like rotary blade 5 to thereby cut the wire electrode.
