PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a communication call to be transferred from a mobile terminal to a desired fixed terminal even when the telephone number of the fixed terminal at the destination is unknown in a communications system having the mobile terminal and the fixed terminal. SOLUTION: A request is made for transfer including position information from the mobile terminal during communication.
