PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a user's operation to notify change of a mail address when the mail address of the user's cellular phone is changed, and thereby to prevent the user from forgetting to notify the change. SOLUTION: The cellular phone 1 is provided with a first storage 12 in which a table 12a having user's own mail address information, and a mail transmission format 12b are registered, a second storage 13 in which a table 13a having the mail addresses to which, when the user's own mail address information is changed, the user wants to send the mail address change notification, and a change notification text 13b for the change notification mail are registered, and a control unit 10 for detecting if the user's own mail address information is changed, and in case that the change is detected, pasting the mail address information of addressees in the table 13a and the change notification text 13b in a destination field and a text field in the mail transmission format 12b so as to create a change notification mail 16, and sending the change notification mail 16 via a wireless transmission unit 14.
