PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layered solid electrolytic capacitor capable of reducing the equivalent series resistance and realizing large capacitance. SOLUTION: This layered solid electrolytic capacitor is constituted so that a capacitor element consisting of a valve metal foil 1, a valve metal porous body 2 formed on the surface of the foil 1, a dielectric coating 3 provided on the surface of the body 2, a solid electrolytic layer 5 provided to cover the coating 3 is stacked. A carbon layer 6 and a silver painting layer 7 cover the surrounding of the stack of this capacitor element.
