PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information signal processing method for performing signal processing which allows a maximum burst error correction length to be relatively easily extended without increasing the redundancy. SOLUTION: Each data sector is subjected such signal processing that inner parities for rows from the first row of a first divided data sector to the M-th row of a second divided data sector are successively outputted as follows; the first row of the first divided data sector, the inner parity for the first row of the first divided data sector, the first row of the second divided data sector, the inner parity for the first row of the second divided data sector, etc. are outputted, and a first outer parity and a second outer parity are alternately inserted and can be outputted for output of each data sector when repeatedly outputting the first to K-th data sectors.
