PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiprocessor device capable of performing data transmitting/receiving processing from application processes in each processor, dynamically changing a processor which couples a terminal, sharing the terminal from the application processes in each processor, the constant operation of which is made possible and which can suitably be used for destination management, fault measures and business processing in a network device. SOLUTION: The multiprocessor device is provided with an FEP system coupled with one or more hosts via a network node and connected with a plurality of terminals via an exchange network, performs the execution of management and the connection of a processor and a network node connected to dialing from the terminal, the reference of the network node registered as a connection destination name corresponding to a terminal specified by a communication processing application, and the change and update of the connection destination name of the specified terminal by the communication processing application, and executes the processing of the communication processing application and a communication access method.
