PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate discovery of a loaded condition of a whole of a network connected to a proxy server, off-the-job access, and automatic circulation tools affecting traffic by using a statistical technique to carry out quick and flexible management of proxy server log analysis which is conventionally carried out on a manual base. SOLUTION: The proxy server log analyzing system is provided with an input means 21 for inputting a proxy server log text, a proxy server log stylizing means 22 for stylizing the proxy server log text, a proxy server log database 23 storing the stylized proxy server log text, a network database 25 storing data relevant to a network of the acquired proxy server log text, a proxy server log analysis processing means 24 for carrying out statistical/analytic processes on the basis of the stylized proxy server log text and data of the network database 25, and an output means 26 for outputting a result of the statistical/analytic processes.
