PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic parts catalog providing device that can, for example, search for parts necessary in each work step included in operations set independently by a user. SOLUTION: The electronic parts catalog providing device for presenting a user with data on parts of products comprises a parts database 8 for storing data on parts, an operation database 10 for storing operations on products and work content of work steps included in each set of operations relationally, and parts searching means 2 for searching the parts database for parts necessary in works steps included in operations selected by the user from the operation database. The user freely sets operations differing in work content from the operations stored in the operation database, and stores the set operations in the operation database as operations exclusive to the user.
