PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a shift in order even when a physical key and an on-screen key are operated continuously, and prevent a wrong operation even when a finger is slid as brought in contact with an on-screen keyboard. SOLUTION: A POS device unit 10 has a physical keyboard 16 with an array of a plurality of physical keys, the on-screen keyboard 18 displaying an array of a plurality of on-screen keys on a screen positioned near the physical keyboard and provided with a touch panel, and a key data transfer control part 50 connected with the physical keyboard 16 and on-screen keyboard 18 at respective input ports to transfer key data from an output port 48-3 in the order of keystrokes on the physical keyboard 16 and on-screen keyboard 18. A POS body device has a keyboard control part for notifying an application processing part of the key data transferred from the key data transfer control part 50 to command it to execute processing.
