PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent incorrectly detecting heat medium leakage in spite of heat medium drop. SOLUTION: A process determining if a liquid level of the heat medium in a heat medium tank 5 is above a predetermined upper limit level, a process determining if the liquid level in the heat medium tank is below a predetermined lower limit level, a process replenishing the heat medium into the heat medium tank to the predetermined upper limit level when the liquid level of the heat medium is below the lower limit level, a process determining heat medium leakage when frequency of replenishment of the heat medium becomes more than predetermined frequency, and a process determining if a state that the liquid level of the heat medium is above the predetermined upper limit level lasts more than predetermined period are provided. When the heat medium is below the predetermined lower limit level in operation after the state that the liquid level of the heat medium is above the predetermined upper limit level lasts more than a predetermined period, heat medium leakage determination is not performed and replenishment processes are repeated. When the heat medium is below the predetermined lower limit level in operation after the state that the liquid level of the heat medium is above the predetermined upper limit level does not last more than a predetermined period, heat medium leakage determination is performed.
