PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bleaching cosmetic further improved in emulsion stability and dispersion stability and excellent in bleaching effect and feeling in use. SOLUTION: The bleaching cosmetic is characterised by containing ellagic acid and/or a salt thereof and a crosslinked copolymer of acrylamide and acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid and/or an acrylic acid-acryloyl dimethyltaurine sodium copolymer.
