PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder supply device capable of supplying predetermined amount of powders stably with high precision. SOLUTION: This powder supply device has a powder vessel 10 storing powders, a shaft part 21 provided horizontally and rotatably in a lower end part in the powder vessel 10, and a pair of spiral bodies 22, 23 positioned on both sides of a central part in the direction of axial line of the shaft part 21, respectively, provided integrally with an outer peripheral face, and having different directions of winding. This device is provided with an auger 20 for conveying powders to the central part, a supply port 13a provided below the central part in the shaft part in the powder vessel 10 to supply conveyed powders to the outside, and a driving mechanism 30 rotating and driving the auger 20 in predetermined direction when supplying powders.
