PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag for a liquid content which is constituted of a material wherein a content component is not adsorbed by a resin component constituting the innermost layer of the innermost film of the bag body, and in addition, which is hard to break when the content is filled, stored and transported. SOLUTION: This bag for a liquid content is a multi-layer bag wherein the bag is constituted of two sheets or more of films. In the bag for the liquid content, the innermost film of the multi-layer bag is LLDPE (linear chain low density polyethylene), and the density of the LLDPE constituting the innermost layer film is≥0.93 g/cc. The thickness of the innermost layer film is 50μm or lower, and a ratio for an area by which the innermost layer film comes into contact with the content and the volume of the content is≤1.3 cm<SP>2</SP>/ml.
