METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING RADIAL TIRE FOR CONSTRUCTION VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a radial tire for a construction vehicle capable of reducing an equipment cost. SOLUTION: After a primary green tire is molded by a first stage molding machine, a vulcanizing bladder unit 12 is mounted on the primary green tire and the primary green tire is inflated up to a belt pasting diameter by the vulcanizing bladder unit 12. Subsequently, the primary green tire is again mounted on the first stage molding machine in a state that the vulcanizing bladder unit 12 is mounted, and a belt 20 and a tread rubber 21 are pasted up on the outer periphery of the primary green tire to complete a green tire 102. The completed green tire 102 is incorporated in a vulcanizing mold in a state that the vulcanizing bladder unit 12 is mounted and subsequently molded while vulcanized to manufacture the radial tire for the construction vehicle.
