PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling tool and assembling method of an end module, positioning an end module in the front part of a car body and in the rear part of the car body easily and with good accuracy. SOLUTION: This assembling tool 10 for a front end module is composed of a main body side setting tool 12 for specifying the center reference position of the front part of the car body and a front end module side setting tool 14 for specifying the center reference position of a front end module 34. The former is composed of a fixing tool 16 and a movable tool 18, and provided with a first locking pin 20, a first index part 26, a second locking pin 28 and a second index part 32. The latter is provided with a third locking pin 44 and a third index part 50. The intersection point P of the first index part 26 and the second index part 32 in setting the former to the actual car body front part is the actual center position, and when the third index is aligned with the point, positioning can be achieved with good accuracy.
