PURPOSE: Provided is a device for fermenting compost at high speed, which shows low power consumption, high agitating and fermenting efficiency, convenience in manufacture, operation and maintenance thereof, and increased stability. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: a silo main body; a distributor(50) disposed on the top of the silo main body to distribute and load organic materials uniformly to the main body; an agitator(20) for the organic materials, disposed in the silo main body and comprising a rotation shaft(60) and blades(70); a hydraulic driving unit(40) for driving the agitator; and an air supplying duct for supplying air from the exterior, wherein the silo main body comprises at least two silos joined in the form of "8", a triangle or a clover and each silo is provided with a rotation shaft(60). In the device, the blades(70) includes a plurality of grooves on the top and bottom surfaces thereof and are mounted on the rotation shaft(60) with phase differences of 120 deg. in such a manner that the blades have an upward slant to the horizontal plane. |
