<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shadowless lamp, reducing cost and facilitating the condensing of light from a light source to an area to be illuminated. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of LEDs 40 are arranged spreading along the surface 21 of a substrate 20. A condenser lens 32 is provided so that the light from each LED 40 is independently condensed to the whole area of the area S1 to be illuminated.
