<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system comprising a plurality of image forming apparatuses and information processing apparatuses connected to a network wherein the image forming apparatus provides its providable information of image processing to a user, and the operability of the image forming apparatus operated by the user and further the maintainability are enhanced. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming system comprises: the image forming apparatus 1 including a first image processing means for applying image processing to image data; and the information processing apparatus 3 including a second image processing means for applying image processing to the image data which are interconnected by the network 4.
