<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food container from which hot water or water is easily drained, which has a less possibility of sufferring from a burn due to touching hot water by a hand, and the manufacturing cost is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The food container comprises an outer cup member and an inner cup member which is disposed inside the outer cup member, and formed to be taken out of the outer cup member with food and hot water or water contained therein.
