<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially stretched laminated film having transparency, flexibility and heat fusibility. <P>SOLUTION: The base material layer (I) of a biaxially stretched film comprises an aliphatic polyester composition (C) comprising 97-60 wt.% of an aliphatic polyester copolymer (A), of which the molecular chain comprises a repeating unit represented by general formula (1):-CO-R<SP>1</SP>-CO- (wherein R<SP>1</SP>is a 1-12C divatent aliphatic group), a repeating unit represented by general formula (2):-O-R<SP>2</SP>-O- (wherein R<SP>2</SP>is a 2-12C divalent aliphatic group) and a repeating unit represented by general formula (3):-CO-R<SP>3</SP>-O- (wherein R<SP>3</SP>is a 1-10C divalent aliphatic group) and is characterized in that the repeating unit represented by the general formula (3) is 1-30 mol% [the quantities of the repeating units (1) and (2) in general formulae (1)-(3) are substantially equal and the sum total of the quantities of the repeating units (1), (2) and (3) is 100 mol%], and 3-40 wt.% of a polylactic acid (B).
