PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a DC offset by calculating a DC offset value independently of input data. SOLUTION: The DC offset correction device is provided with a DC offset calculation part 105 for calculating a DC offset value from known signals extracted from input data and a subtraction part 104 for correcting the DC offset by subtracting the DC offset value from the input data. The DC offset value calculation part 105 is provided with a mean value calculation part 101 for calculating a mean value of the known signals extracted from the input data, an ideal mean value calculation part 102 for preliminarily calculating the ideal mean value of known signals included in input data, and a subtraction part 103 for subtracting the output of the ideal mean value calculation part 102 from the output of the mean value calculation part 101.
