PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner, eliminating the need for installing an outside air intake box while suppressing power consumption by reducing the output load of a fan motor. SOLUTION: The air-conditioner comprises a fan 2 provided in an air duct of an unit body 1, a heat exchanger 5 provided approximately encircling the fan 2, and a drain pan 6 provided on the lower side of the heat exchanger 5.
