PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner provided with an outside air introducing device capable of performing indoor air ventilation by efficiently drawing outside air simultaneously with operation of the air conditioner. SOLUTION: This air conditioner is provided with a wall hole C on a wall surface B, a communication hole 2a corresponding to the wall hole C on a installation plate 2, an intake hole 6a corresponding to the communication hole 2a on a back surface of a base 6, respectively. A duct flange 15 inserted through the wall hole C and provided with a connection part connected to one end of the duct is mounted on a circumference edge of the communication hole 2a and a seal member 16 sealing the communication hole 2a and the intake hole 6a under a condition of keeping communication of the same is provided between the installation plate 2 and the base 6. A nozzle 18 provided with a expansion part expanding opening area is provided on another end of the duct 14. An auxiliary fan 26 for outside air introduction is provided on the expansion part 17 of the nozzle. A dust collection filter 19 is provided on the opening part. A diffuser 23 guiding outside air introduced by the nozzle 18 and the duct 14 to a rear part heat exchanger 11 is provided between the intake hole 6a and the rear part heat exchanger 11.
