FOAM AND BURR-DECREASING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam with decreased burrs and a method for decreasing burrs. SOLUTION: The foam is prepared by injection foam molding a thermoplastic resin composition which has a correlation curve of logη(η: melt viscosity) in respect of logω(ω: angular frequency) having an inflection point in a range ofωof 0.01-100 rad/sec, wherein a supercritical fluid is used as a blowing agent. The weight reduction ratio of a thermoplastic resin contained in the resin composition is preferably 1% or higher. The resin composition preferably contains a fibrous filler and/or a powder filler in an amount of 1-800 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic resin. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
