PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively give a comfortable feel of bathing to a person bathing himself. SOLUTION: A hot water filling control means H for controlling the temperature and the level of hot water in a bathtub 5 executes keeping operation that automatically controls the hot water into such a target hot water filled condition that a detected temperature is a set target temperature and a detected level is a set target level during a time from starting the keeping operation to finish the keeping operation repetitively each time an execution set time passes. A bathing detecting means 27 detects whether a person bathing himself exists in a bathtub 5 or not. The hot water filling control means H, which can execute the keeping operation during bathing and the keeping operation during non-bathing, executes bathing keeping operation during bathing and non-bathing keeping operation during non-bathing in accordance with information detected by the bathing detecting means 27.
