PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake pipe which can easily relieve a deformation of an engine hood by the pipe itself when the engine hood deformed by a falling matter collides against the intake pipe or a part connected to the pipe and does not require installation of such a part as a shock absorbing mechanism accompanied by problems of increase in cost and space. SOLUTION: A double pipe part having inner/outer pipes 20 and 30 and constituted by overlapping the inner/outer pipes 20 and 30 in an axial direction is provided on a vertically extending part of the intake pipe 10 installed in an engine room of a vehicle. Radial projections 50 for locating the inner/outer pipes relatively with each other are formed on at least one of the inner/outer pipes 20 and 30.
