PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower and an agricultural chemical spraying vehicle capable of preventing damage and deformation to a cover or a fan case. SOLUTION: The blower 8 is equipped with: a cylindrical fan casing 11 having a blower fan 13 housed inside and an air intake side and an air discharge side each formed into a bellmouth shape; and a substantially arch-shaped cover 12 covering the outer periphery of the fan casing 11. The cover 12 is provided with an intake side bent part 41 bent toward the inside and a discharge side bent part 51 on the air intake side and the air discharge side, respectively. The edge face of the intake side bent part 41 and the side edge face of the fan case 11 are made to abut on each other and are joined by a stay, and ends of the discharge side bent part 51 and the side edge part of the discharge side overlap and are joined with a bolt 52 and a nut 53.
