PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm pump having a structure capable of carrying and supplying liquid, gas and a gas-liquid mixture, and easy in maintenance. SOLUTION: This diaphragm pump has a diaphragm 4 for reciprocating in a central part by fixing the peripheral edge, an inflow port 178 and a discharge port 17 in a pump head 11 so as to airtightly form the inside of the pump head 11, and performs pumping operation the vertical movement of an operation rod 3 fixed to the central part of the diaphragm. A receiving part 7 of the diaphragm 4 is arranged inside a pump body for controlling an operation rod 3 side load of the diaphragm 4, and is formed as an inclined face over the central part from the peripheral edge of the diaphragm. A presser plate 5 of the diaphragm 4 is formed larger, and a fluid substance of the gas, the liquid and the gas-liquid mixture is supplied from the inflow port, and is delivered by a fixed quantity from the discharge port.
