PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a ground leakage breaker in which the number of printed-circuit boards, primary conductors of a zero-phase current transformer, and connecting components to electrically connect the zero-phase current transformer is reduced, in which fixing of the primary conductors and electric connection of a control source can be carried out simultaneously. SOLUTION: A control power source terminal 3 is mounted on the printed circuit board 1 directly, and connected to the control power source of electric leakage detecting circuit parts 2, and formed so as to be exposed on the outer face of a printed circuit board retaining case 45, and by screwing through piling the main circuit conductor and the primary conductor for the zero-phase current transformer on the control power source terminal 3, the control source of the electric leakage detecting circuit parts 2 is made to be obtained from the main circuit conductor.
