PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the illicit acquisition of coins by preventing the forced movement of a shutter for closing an outlet port, thereby preventing the creation of a state as if a counter sensor is detecting the coins by inserting a tool from the outlet port. SOLUTION: This illicitness preventive device of a coin hopper comprises a delivery device operated by a motor; the counter sensor disposed in a coin passage from the delivery device to the outlet port; the shutter selectively movable to a closing position and an opening position of the inlet port, the shutter having a slide pin; a cam groove to which the slide pin is slidably inserted to guide the shutter to the closing position and the opening position, the cam groove having a retaining part for retaining the shutter in the closing position; and a moving device for selectively moving the shutter to the closing position and the opening position in interlocking with on/off of the motor.
