PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable danger notification device and a danger notification server, allowing a person absent in an arbitrary place of occurrence of an accident such as gas leak to accurately cope with the accident in time of the accident. SOLUTION: This portable danger notification device 1 notifying a remote place of danger on the basis of surrounding gas concentration has: a position detection part 13 detecting a current position; a gas concentration detection part 11 detecting the surrounding gas concentration; a notification information production part 12 producing notification information showing that the gas concentration exceeds a threshold value; and a wireless communication part 14 transmitting the notification information and position information at the point of time when the notification information is produced to a danger notification device 20 that is a notification destination executed with its notification via a mobile communication network 60 when the notification information is produced.
