PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grounding structure of a member applicable also to a non-conductive member and allowing grounding through a simple work. SOLUTION: A bus bar 21 as a conductive member is embedded in a non-conductive cross car beam 10 disposed on a vehicle and its both ends are exposed. One of the exposed both ends is connected to an electric device mounted on the vehicle, and the other end is connected to a pillar panel 11 as a conductive vehicle body member.
