Y Zeolite-containing Composite Material and the Preparation method thereof Y zeolite-containing composite material which is made by the in-situ crystallization of kaolin-containing raw materials, wherein said composite material comprises nest-shaped bodies, and the content of Y zeolite in the composite material ranges from 30% to 85% by weight. Said nest-shaped body consists substantially of clubbed crystallines, as well as lamellar or block crystallines. The Y zeolite in the composite material may be HY, REY, or REHY, and it is suitable to be used as catalyst for the catalytic cracking of heavy oil or residual oil. And the invention also relates to the preparation method of said composite material.
