<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the lighting of a laser beam source without affecting a circuit element or the like in a device when a tray or a drawer part is pulled out. <P>SOLUTION: When a drawer part 4 is not housed at a predetermined position of a cabinet 2, a low-level signal is output from a housing detection switch 14 to a CPU 10. Upon the reception of the low-level signal from the housing detection switch 14, the CPU 10 sends the low-level signal to a base of a driving transistor Q2.
