摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologocal apparatus capable of effectively using for clinical of xerophthalmia by using a basic principle in which a layer of tear liquid dries up, and the wave surface aberration becomes big. <P>SOLUTION: A measuring flow chart of xerophthalmia is shown. After starting a measurement, the ophthalmological apparatus is aligned (S101). An operation part performs initial settings of the measurement distance and the measurement time, etc., by a wave surface measuring part (S103). An input part or the operation part trigger for starting the measurement (S105), and the operation part repeats the measurement of wave surface aberration until the measurement finishing time by the wave surface measuring part (S107 and S109). If the measurement finishing time is reached (S111), a judgement part analyzes the break up situation as one mark for judgement of xerophthalmia state (S113).
