<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque fluctuation absorbing damper capable of maintaining supporting force of a pulley 4 by a bearing 5 for a long time. <P>SOLUTION: This torque fluctuation absorbing damper comprises a dynamic vibration absorbing section T for connecting an annular mass body 2 to the outer periphery of a rim part 14 of a hub 1 circumferentially relative displaceably via a first elastic body 3 of a rubbery elastic material, and a coupling section C for connecting a pulley 4 having a cylindrical section 43 supported via the bearing 5 to a rim part 14 of the hub 1 circumferentially relative displaceably via a second elastic body 7 made of rubber-like elastic material.
